Symmastia (Monoboob) and Severe Double Bubble
Implants that were too large (800cc) and poorly placed causing monoboob. Also had severe double bubble caused by excessively large implants with sagging of her natural breast tissue. Corrected by reducing implant size (620cc), surgically correcting the symmastia and perfoming a lollipop breast lift

Double Bubble
Double Bubble caused by the implant bottoming out and inadequate release of tight natural inferior breast fold. Also had inadequate cleavage. Corrected by changing the implant from 350cc to 460cc high profile, tightening the inferior pocket capsule and performing a dual plane muscle/breast tissue release.

Capsular Contracture and Implants that are too small
Patient had unnatural looking breasts and a wide cleavage caused by the insertion of inadequate sized implants of 150cc. Corrected by performing a capsulectomy and placement of 560cc extra high profile implants in subpectoral plane to achieve a fuller yet far more natural result.

Previous Breast Lift / Ongoing Drooping and Poor Scarring
Poor results caused by wound infections and very unsightly scars with ongoing droopiness of her natural breast tissue. Corrected by completely redoing a lift using a lollipop scar approach and changing the implants from 330cc to 450cc high profile in a subpectoral plane.
Snoopy Breast/Long Breast Deformity
Previous breast augmentation with 460cc implants that are sitting too high and a significant volume of natural breast tissue that has dropped. Corrected without requiring a formal breast lift but dropping the implant pocket and performing a dual plane muscle release.

Capsular Contracture and Rippling
Part of the problem was caused by 400cc implants that were too small for her frame and sitting on top of the muscle. A capsulectomy was performed and 620cc extra high profile implants placed under the muscle to achieve a far more pleasing result.
