  • Will you be able to breast feed after breast augmentation?

Breast enhancement surgery does not affect your potential ability to breastfeed with breast implants. This is regardless of whether the implants are above or below the muscle. The one exception to this is when the implants are inserted via an incision along your areolar edge. In this situation, you are effectively cutting though some of the milk ducts, so you can expect a reduced potential ability to breast feed.
